Ingredients
3/4 cup vegan butter (I like Earth Balance)
2 10 ounce bags of vegan marshmallows (I recommend Dandies)
8 cups of rice krispie cereal
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Preparation

Line a 9x13 inch tray with parchment paper and lightly spray.

Melt vegan butter in a pot on medium-low heat

Add vegan marshmallows and stir

Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla

Fold cereal in using a large spoon

Add mixture to pan and press down evenly

Allow the treats to cool for at least one hour. Cut into squares and enjoy!
